Acceptable Use Policy

1: Abuse

If an abuse report is received from a client machine, EasyVM will take proper action and speak with the client before doing any sort of suspending or termination of services.

Email Spamming or sending emails without the receiver’s consent is considered Abuse/Harassment and will be taken with proper actions.

2: Tor/Torrenting

EasyVM accepts the usage of Tor and will not suspend unless it breaks any of our terms of service, or local laws. EasyVM ask clients who are using our services for Tor/Torrenting to open a ticket to double-check that what they are doing is following our Terms of Service, and how EasyVM can handle abuse reports properly. EasyVM does not allow Tor Exit Nodes, nor Illegal/Malicious Torrenting. EasyVM asks that clients torrent privately, to lower the hassle they might get.

3: Malicious Content

EasyVM takes malicious or harmful content seriously and will suspend services if found to be doing illegal/harmful actions to others computers or networks.

Unmetered Bandwidth Usage Policy

At EasyVM, we provide unmetered bandwidth to ensure our clients have the flexibility to manage their online presence without worrying about data limits. However, to maintain a fair and stable network environment for all our customers, the use of unmetered bandwidth must comply with the following guidelines:

Fair Usage: Our unmetered bandwidth offering allows for generous data transfer, intended for normal and fair use. This means using bandwidth in a way that does not negatively impact the network performance for other users.

Prohibited Activities:

1: Network Abuse

Activities that cause harm to our network, other users, or third-party networks are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, or any other attempts to disrupt or degrade network performance.

2: Port Flooding

Intentionally flooding network ports, whether inbound or outbound, to overload our infrastructure or any external systems is not allowed. Such actions can result in network instability and affect the quality of service for other customers.

3: Monitoring and Enforcement

EasyVM reserves the right to monitor bandwidth usage to ensure compliance with this policy. If we detect any activities that violate these guidelines, we may take corrective actions, including bandwidth throttling or service suspension, to prevent network degradation.

Reporting Misuse: We encourage all users to report any suspected violations of this policy. Please contact our support team if you notice unusual or suspicious network activity.

By using our services, you agree to adhere to this Unmetered Bandwidth Usage Policy. EasyVM is committed to providing a stable and high-quality network environment, and your cooperation is essential in achieving this goal.
